Update: Thank you for the daily deviation & for all the comments, favs & watches. Very appreciated<3
Update 2: I've been getting a lot of questions as to how this was accomplished, if it was manipulated etc. So, here is the whats up with this image: Almost everything was done in camera. The only thing that was added/manipulated in Photoshop, is obviously the arm. Anything else I don't consider manipulation if it can be done in a dark room [i.e dodging & burning]. The make-up for all of the Zombies generally took about 3 or so hours- consisted of layers & layers of make-up, liquid latex, & my own concoction of fake blood. We scouted outdoor locations [for most] of the shoots, and solely shot at night [usually between 10.30pm and 1am] Using a combination of lighting techniques, I mixed any available ambient light & used [1] portable studio strobe. And the last thing that really made the shots what they are, were the amazing models that I chose to work with. All of them are extremely expressive, unafraid of contorting their faces, & actually growled and zombie prowled during the shoots. I hope this helps with any questions regarding how this image was achieved :]
